The analytical document summarizes and analyzes the results of the round table "Belarus - EU: from "neutrality" to European integration" organized by IDSMBEE on November 17, 2023.

Based on the discussions, the authors of the document Roza Turarbekova and Victoria Leukavets, developed 10 recommendations for the EU strategy in relation to Lukashenka's regime, as well as for the development of EU relations with Belarusian democratic forces and civil society.
The experts analyzed:
- debates about the European perspective for a democratic Belarus;
- proposals for the development of relations between Belarus and the EU.
At the political panel, representatives of Belarusian democratic forces:
- expressed the views regarding the potential EU membership of Belarus;
- formulated the proposals for the development of cooperation between Belarus and the EU.
